Mark Zuckerberg Gives 20-Minute Speech In Chinese

Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg his first speech in Mandarin  on Saturday.

Speaking at Tsinghua University in Beijing, Zuckerberg’s 30-minute speech in different topic mission, caring more deeply than anyone else and looking ahead.

 

“This was also my first real speech in any language sharing how I started thinking about Facebook’s mission, what has kept me going through challenging times and what our mission means now looking ahead for our community of 1.5 billion people,” Zuckerberg wrote. “The themes of believing in your mission, caring more deeply than anyone else and always looking ahead are relevant to anything you might build.”

HIS MISSION:

 Starting Facebook in 2004, Zuckerberg said he created the service because he wanted to solve a problem .Not only  he  build a business but he try to develop . At the time, there were to many ways to find books, movies and other things on the Internet but it was very difficult to properly  connect with people online. The social media site has not very popular changes since that time, including the creation of News Feed, there are some people  not like at first. “We care about what people think. But we also know that connecting people is important. Most companies would be afraid of losing so many people.

 

The problem though is that China started blocking Facebook and Twitter in 2009, after deadly riots in Xinjiang, a western region in the country.
